Gluten Free?  Try our cacciatore, piccata, or sausage dishes, and enjoy a mocha crème for dessert! You may also substitute spiralized zucchini for any pasta entree. Unfortunately we do not make gluten-free pasta or pizza/bread dough at this time.

Here are some definitions of terms on our menu:

Frittata: A open faced omelet with vegetables mixed in with the eggs rather
than placed inside. While frittata is often made in a round pan and cut into
wedges, our unique version is an individual patty pan fried in olive oil to
golden brown crispness.

Florentine: A white sauce flavored with spinach from Florence, Italy.

Pesto: A sauce of fresh basil, pine nuts, olive oil and pecorino romano cheese

Parmesan or parmigiana: A dish made and covered with parmesan cheese,
often served with red sauce and mozzarella.
